Client Satisfaction Surveys

The CNTC conducts a HOPWA and Ryan White Part B Client Satisfaction Survey annually to learn what consumers think about the housing, case management, medical, dental, and other support services that they have received during the year.  The results of the surveys help the CNTC, the Lead Agency, and the service providers evaluate, plan, and make changes so to better serve the consumers.  

 

One hundred percent of consumers that allow mail to be sent to their address on file are mailed the survey(s). This year, the CNTC will also provide a link to the surveys on this website so consumers can complete the survey electronically. This will allow us to reach more consumers.
