Members

The CNTC typically meets every other month on the 4th Tuesday (April, June, August, October, December, and February). Due to the holidays, we usually meet the 1st Tuesday in December. The meeting schedule can change based on the activities that are being worked on. Visit the CNTC Meeting page to get more information about the upcoming meeting.

Meeting Minutes

Here you will find the last 12 months of CNTC Meeting Minutes. The Meeting Minutes are summaries of what occurs at each CNTC meeting.

Work Plan

In order to track and organize the activities that the CNTC is responsible for, each year the CNTC approves a work plan.  The Work Plan is reviewed at every meeting to make sure we are on track for the year.

By-Laws
The CNTC By-Laws provide guidance to the members as to the structure and rules that govern the CNTC.

Comprehensive Needs Assessment
Every three years, the Ryan White program must conduct a comprehensive needs assessment.  The needs assessment process looks to identify what the HIV related needs are in the community, determine if the needs are being met, and make recommendations as to how to best meet the unmet needs.  Consumers play a very active role in this process through completing surveys and participating on focus groups.  In this section, you can see the most recent Comprehensive Needs Assessment for the Treasure Coast.

Comprehensive Plan
Once the Comprehensive Needs Assessment is completed, the CNTC uses that information to create a comprehensive plan.  Our Comprehensive Plan outlines the changes needed in order to address the issues identified in the Needs Assessment.

Quality Management Plan
The purpose of the Quality Management Plan is to direct a coordinated approach to addressing continuous quality improvement activities and process improvement for the Ryan White Part B Program in the Treasure Coast.  The Quality Management Plan guides the continuous quality improvement activities of the Part B funded providers serving HIV/AIDS infected individuals and their families.
